Identify opportunities to optimize pack sizes, price points, channel architecture, and customer-specific pricing.

Measure marketplace response to pricing changes and recommend adjustments.

Develop promotional strategies across customers and brands, including optimal depth, frequency, timing, mechanics, and SKU participation.

Partner with analytics to evaluate lift, incrementality, cannibalization, post-promotion effects, ROI, and profitability.

Identify inefficient promotions and recommend opportunities to eliminate, modify, or redeploy investment.

Support major customer decisions and negotiations with economic analysis and scenarios.

Assortment, Distribution & Mix

Partner with Category Management and Analytics to evaluate SKU productivity, distribution opportunities, assortment, and mix.

Quantify the revenue, margin, cannibalization, and incrementality implications of assortment changes.

Develop recommendations regarding SKU expansion, rationalization, pack architecture, and channel/customer mix.

Support customer selling strategies with financially grounded recommendations.

Commercial Performance & Decision Support

Identify the highest-value commercial questions requiring analysis.

Partner with Data Science/Business Insights to diagnose performance across pricing, promotion, distribution, velocity, trade, assortment, and mix.

Serve as a strategic RGM partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Commercial Planning, and BU leadership.
