Our client is a publicly traded, national real estate organization adding to their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years of experience. This role offers a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office), excellent work/life balance, and opportunities for advancement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s senior VPs and experienced paralegals. This role will collaborate extensively with the in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Responsibilities include preparing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases, amendments, brokerage agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.

Minimum requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, including lease negotiation.
2. JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects.
