Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Quality Systems, the Sr. Manager, Quality & Food Safety, takes a hands-on approach to oversee and support quality, Certification ID Logistics (CID), and food safety processes and initiatives at their assigned U.S. sites. The Sr. Manager has a flexible leadership and communication style that enables effective collaboration with both US and site leadership, as well as site-level employees. The Sr. Manager works independently and is thoughtful, resourceful, and creative in their approach. The Sr. Manager promotes the ID Logistics quality, CID, and food safety culture by actively seeking to understand the needs, operations, and limitations of their assigned sites while driving efficient and manageable processes. The Senior Manager applies ID Logistics' quality vision, philosophy, and mission in their daily work.
Work Location:Remote when not on company travel
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday 1st shift
Travel:60-70% and could include any site assigned within the USA (sites will change as we continue to grow)
Competitive Total Rewards Package:We offer a competitive salary of$100,000–$115,000, plus a performance-based yearly bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays
