Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management (PULSE) to drive strategy and oversee high-priority programs across the company. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align roadmaps with business goals, and report program health to executive leadership.

You will lead end-to-end execution, manage portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and risk governance, and coach a team of project managers to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Sr. Manager, Project Management (PULSE)As a Senior Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will drive PULSE portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and strategic sequencing for product programs, ensuring all program roadmaps directly align with broader organizational goals. Serving as an essential liaison to executive leadership, you will deliver critical health status updates and unblock high-visibility initiatives through targeted leader engagement. As a key connective layer, you will foster cross-functional alignment and transparency across tech, vendors, and other partners regarding scope, budget, and timelines.
