Job summary

FIS is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business segments in a dynamic fintech environment. You will develop, prioritize and manage project plans, budgets and methodologies, while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

You will lead a team of project managers, coordinate with clients and partners, and drive continuous process improvement to optimize costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Successful and proven experience leading, developing and maintaining mutually supportive relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• Strong background in collaborating and working across the enterprise and client / partner organizations.
• Drives continuous process improvement related to a wide range of business services, methodology and project processes to reduce cost, improve quality and service levels for the clients (internal and external).
• Excellent communication, project management, process improvement and organizational skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management and resolution.

• Designs, implements, and conducts analysis of project reporting used by senior management in regard to project timeliness, resource capacity, client demand, and resource utilization.

About the role

Manages the execution of projects in accordance with organization's project management methodology. Develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations. Takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects. Manages the work of project managers and identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays.
