This position will be remote within the United States.

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Process Improvement Leader to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and strengthen business processes across HSO. In this role, you’ll partner with the CFO and executive leaders to identify opportunities, lead projects, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

As an ambassador of change, you’ll help our teams work smarter by applying Lean Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving methods to deliver measurable results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and facilitate process improvement projects across the organization
  • Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and track initiatives with the greatest impact (ROI-driven)
  • Document, analyze, and streamline business processes (current “as-is” to future “to-be”)
  • Drive process standardization and reduce unnecessary customization
  • Create systems to measure process health with data-driven KPIs
  • Establish and lead a cross-functional change control committee
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen events and training
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a team of process improvement professionals
  • Represent HSO in the broader CI/PI community to bring in fresh ideas and best practices
  • Communicate progress and outcomes directly to the CFO and executive team

Travel/Physical Demands

  • Travel typically less than 10%
  • Office environment with no special physical demands required

Qualifications
What You Will Have

  • 10+ years of experience in process excellence or continuous improvement initiatives with 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Proven experience leading Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution, delivering both vision and results
  • Track record of driving measurable business impact through process improvements
  • Strategic and analytical skills, with experience turning financial insights into profitability
  • Skilled at navigating organizational complexity, influencing stakeholders, and managing change
  • Broad technical and business knowledge with creative problem-solving abilities

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in ISO certification and quality system processes
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification

The posted range for this position is $115,000 - $175,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
