BILL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This role oversees all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and user support across the organization, guiding a team of specialists and driving best practices.

You’ll partner with People Operations and Total Rewards to implement solutions, manage security roles, stay current with releases, and deliver training and dashboards. Strong Agile leadership and Workday expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday system administration, configuration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data; experience leading a team in Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our Workday team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Workday system management, optimization, and support, ensuring its effective utilization across the organization. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Workday specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Act as a primary point of contact for Workday system inquiries and issues, escalating to Workday support as needed.

• Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new functionalities, assessing their impact and potential benefits to the organization.

• Manage and prioritize Workday projects and initiatives.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.

• Work with People Analytics to ensure data is available for reporting and dashboards.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below roles in the specific geographic zones

Zone 1: San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles County

$156,400—$195,700 USD

Zone 2: CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles County), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$140,800—$176,200 USD

Zone 3: Utah (includes Utah office), Dallas TX, Houston TX, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, Oregon, Pennsylvania

$132,900—$166,400 USD
