Where you'll work: remote US
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Operations to lead the strategy and execution of operational processes that support our global partner ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Systems teams to scale our partner-led revenue efforts and ensure seamless partner experiences.

Your Day to Day
As a Senior Manager, Partner Operations, you would be working on:
Own and scale operational frameworks for onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and process across the partner ecosystem
Drive alignment across internal teams to ensure partner needs are met efficiently and compliantly
Partner with Channel, Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to implement GTM strategies for growth
Create visibility into partner performance through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve partner experience and business outcomes
Document roles, responsibilities, and workflows across Partner Ops and Partner Success teams
Serve as a strategic advisor on new program design, system integrations, and partner support models
What We’re Looking For:
As a Senior Manager, Partner Operations, your background will look like:
7+ years in Sales Operations, Partner Operations, or GTM program management
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology company
Strong background in process improvement, stakeholder management, and business analysis
Familiarity with Salesforce and partner systems (e.g., PRMs like Impartner or Allbound)
Ability to lead through influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Preferred:
Experience working with channel partners globally (Referral, Resell, MSP, etc.)
Advanced skills in Excel, project management, and executive presentations
Prior exposure to partner commissions, rules of engagement, or contract workflows
Global partner program design or scaling experience
Background in IT tools, unified communications, or SaaS platforms

Annual Base Salary Range: $139,000.00 - $230,500.00
The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
