Sr Manager, Oncology Commercial Analytics is a high-impact role embedded within GSK's Oncology Business Unit, partnering directly with brand and BU leadership to translate complex commercial data into decisions that drive portfolio performance. Responsibilities span customer segmentation and targeting, KPI design, patient adherence analytics, brand performance tracking, and advanced methods such as marketing mix modeling - with an expectation of both hands‑on technical execution and senior‑level communication. The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in pharmaceutical secondary data sources, real‑world data analytics, and tools including SQL, Python, R, and Tableau, paired with the cross‑functional influence skills to operate effectively.
