Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to lead strategic customer partnerships and drive revenue growth across key national accounts.

You will build executive relationships, identify growth opportunities across distribution and promotional programs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Sales to maximize ROI. You will analyze data, coach teams, and ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution while traveling

Philip Morris International (PMI), through its Swedish Match affiliate, is seeking a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to lead strategic customer partnerships, drive revenue growth, and deliver business results across key national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotional programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales.
• Analyze customer, consumer, syndicated, and CRM data to generate insights and business recommendations.
• Manage customer investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Sales Leadership, Customer Development, or Wholesale Management.
• Proven success driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share gains.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and customer executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Additional Information

• Travel: Approximately 50%.
• Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000 plus bonus eligibility.
