Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Manager, NA Skin Health Operations, to lead regional cross-functional teams and drive program delivery. The role reports to the Project Mngt & Portfolio Segment Dir and is based in Summit, NJ with a hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will guide strategies across Product Development, Supply Chain, and Commercial, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed, while coaching multi-disciplinary teams to deliver enterprise-wide value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Skin Health project teams in a matrix environment to identify and propose enterprise business propositions.
• Guide teams in developing strategies, options, and business cases; drive activities to achieve milestones.
• Oversee timelines, governance, and risk management for multiple projects within the Skin Health portfolio.

What you will do

The Senior Manager, NA Skin HealthOperationsisresponsible formanaging regional, cross-functional teams, providing structure and direction, and collaborating effectively with key business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• With limited direction, lead cross functional Skin Health project teams in a matrix environment toidentifyand recommend the best enterprise business proposition across Product Development, Supply Chain, and Commercial

• Guide project teams through the development of strategies,optionsand business cases; drive activities to meet project and businessobjectivesincluding approval of project recommendations through governance

• Influence others beyond own scope and level (director and VP); lead communications with alllevelof stakeholders to enable informed decision making

• Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet milestones

• Demonstrate business acumen, project management, communication, processmanagementand team performance management; ask the right questions to understand business impact and risks

• Make the complex simple and represent a true enterprise view when presenting opportunities and plans to the team and organization

• Lead team thorough options analysis and drive cross-functional recommendations

• Oversee a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering new products and managing the lifecycle pipeline, ensuring key project milestones are met. Project Managers lead cross-functional teams to develop plans that capitalize on commercial and supply chain opportunities, executing in line with the targets set in the 3-Year Operating Plans.

• Excel at enterpriseleadership and facilitationand collaboration;Identifyand recommend the best enterprise business proposition

• Engage teams in healthy debate/conflict, and deliver solutions

• Scope definitions and control: stakeholder alignment, project planning, resource and risk management, teamdevelopmentand communication

• Lead prioritization and options analysis with teams

• Develop,manageandmaintainup-to-date Project Timelines inclusive of all critical milestones, key interdependencies, financialcommitmentsand resource constraints, while applyingappropriate projectscheduling techniques

• Monitor project status and execution; reporttimelyupdates via Project Templates, Project Dashboards and Update Forms; and develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc. for the teams

• Deliver transparent,timelyand effective verbal and written communication to teams,stakeholdersandappropriate levelsof the organization

• Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams, integrate lessons into existing processes,toolsand templates

• Lead teams in use of ongoing risk management & communication tools

• Proactivelyidentifyand escalat risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning

• Responsiblefor sittingwith the business teams to provideproactiveand transparent perspective and influence. Expectations are that the Senior Manager, Project Lead leverages broad X-functional experience and knowledge to effectively challenge assumptions and Connecting dots from Commercial facing org tomacro SupplyChain elements and tactical impacts.
