TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of NA Facilities and Maintenance to oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, and vendor partnerships across multiple sites in North America. You will lead capital projects, safety compliance, and budget control while coordinating with the Sr.

Director of Facility Engineering. The role requires strategic planning, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to drive multi-site renovations and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Maintenance and capital projects implementation.
• 3 to 5 years of Facilities and Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Proven ability to manage systems and implement system approaches in the management of complex manufacturing environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, typically up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term facility plans, including capital improvements and regional sustainability initiatives.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance oversight for process equipment and critical management systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) across NA sites.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement maintenance software and building automation; standardize NA & AP systems.
• Negotiate, manage, and audit service contracts with national and regional vendors; monitor performance.
• Create, monitor, and control regional budgets for maintenance, supplies, and large-scale projects.
• Ensure facilities adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, safety directives and environmental standards.
• Manage complex multi-site projects such as relocations, closures, or workspace reconfigurations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager of NA Facilities and Maintenance is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of building systems, preventative maintenance, project planning and implementation, and vendor management across multiple regional sites. This role ensures that all facilities remain safe, compliant with regulations, and functional to support the organization's mission. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Facility Engineering.

PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Site Operations

• Strategic Leadership: In partnership with Sr. Director of Facilities Engineering, develop and execute long-term facility plans, including capital improvements and regional sustainability initiatives.
• Maintenance Operations: Support manufacturing facilities and local maintenance managers with preventative and corrective maintenance for process equipment and critical management systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing across all NA sites.

• System Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement the software system to manage preventative maintenance, building automation, Fire System and Ignition 4.0 integration. Act as a key member of software selection team to standardize for NA & AP.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate, manage, and audit service contracts for national and regional vendors. Develop vendor selection and elimination criteria. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensure operational excellence.
• Financial Planning: Create, monitor, and control regional budgets for maintenance, supplies, and large-scale construction or renovation projects.
• Safety & Compliance: Support manufacturing plant GMs to ensure facilities adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, environmental standards, and security protocols. Work with sites to implement key safety & risk reduction directives.
• Project Oversight: Manage complex multi-site projects such as office relocations, facility closures, or workspace reconfigurations.

• Fire System Consolidation: Work with sites to implement and track fire system preventative maintenance best practices and track all activities in PM software.

Written Contracts, Facility Insurance & Reporting

• Ensure we have written contracts with national service companies. Work with the NA team to implement service contracts where they are lacking. Consolidate service contracts as part of the cost reduction efforts.
• Act as key member of the facility insurance review team, working with the Sr, Dir of FE and Corp Finance.
• Consult with TTM architect for Engineering Drawings for new build outs, renovations and updates.
• Generate monthly reports to communicate the preventive maintenance completion report within TTM manufacturing sites.
• Develop and Maintain a list of TTM owned & leased facilities

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
