Job summary

Axon is hiring a Senior Manager to lead a team of Mission Engineers embedded inside strategic public safety agencies. You will guide the work, diagnose how agencies operate, and drive workflows, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions that measurably improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will create the environment for success, coach experienced individual contributors, and own the leadership of a high-impact team working on mission-critical safety technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in complex projects.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills.
• Experience partnering with public safety agencies preferred.
