This role partners with senior leadership, integration teams, and workstream leads to align diligence milestones, Day 1 readiness, and long‑term value.
You will manage the pipeline, coordinate due diligence across functions, prepare board materials, and sustain strong seller relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Senior Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Manager at Marmic Fire & Safety is responsible for driving the successful execution of acquisition strategies from pre‑LOI evaluation through closing. This role requires strong transaction management, strategic coordination, and collaboration with key stakeholders to support due diligence, seller communication, investment committee materials, closing logistics, and post‑close transition. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, the Senior M&A Manager will partner closely with the Integration team and Workstream Leads to ensure alignment across acquisition workstreams, support Day 1 readiness, and deliver long‑term business value.
