Zealand Pharma A/S seeks a Sr. Manager, Medical Information & Training to own medical information and training operations for the US organization. The role focuses on accurate, compliant responses and scalable learning resources across obesity, amylin biology, and petrelintide.

You will collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, and you will lead onboarding and ongoing training for the Medical Affairs group as the company expands in the US.

Qualifications

  • PharmD required.
  • Experience in medical information and/or medical communications within pharma or biotech.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs (adult learning and assessment).
  • Strong understanding of MLR review processes and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer unsolicited HCP and patient inquiries with scientifically sound, timely responses.
  • Own (author) and update standard response documents.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and compliant content through MLR review.
  • Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance on early asset inquiries.
  • Track inquiry trends and surface insights upstream to feed the GMA insights engine.
  • Onboard and train the Medical Affairs team using adult learning principles.
  • Own and maintain the team's knowledge base across obesity, amylin, and petrelintide.
  • Lead ongoing product and systems training and serve as a go-to triage resource.
