Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager, Materials Planning to oversee procurement and planning across a manufacturing network in a dynamic retail environment. This role focuses on keeping supply aligned with production priorities while partnering with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, and suppliers to improve visibility and decision-making.

Remote within the United States, candidates must be based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Materials Planning to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee materials planning and procurement support across a manufacturing network, with a focus on keeping supply aligned to production priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

The position will partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to improve visibility, execution, and decision-making.

Success in this role will come from balancing supplier performance, inventory needs, and reporting insights to strengthen planning efficiency and reduce risk.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $137,000 - $185,000 annually
