Job Summary
Purple is looking for a Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Someone who can translate marketing vision into organized, moving plans and keep a high-output team aligned and accountable without slowing it down.
This role sits at the center of our marketing organization. You’ll work directly alongside the VP of Marketing & Demand Gen and partner closely with the VP of Brand & Creative and other senior leaders to make sure strategies become action, campaigns land on time, and the right people have the right information at the right moment.
We move fast. Priorities shift. We’re a publicly traded company that still operates with a startup engine, and this role is built for someone who doesn’t just tolerate that reality, but is energized by it. You’ll be the person who builds the systems that let the rest of the team move faster, make better decisions, and stay focused on what actually drives growth.
If you’re the person who sees the gaps before anyone else, builds the process before anyone asks, and somehow always knows where everything stands, this was written for you.
