Job Title

Sr. Manager, Lease Administration - Remote

Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing a team of associates and overseeing daily activities within a specific functional or geographical area supporting the Portfolio Administration Service Line. The manager also oversees client-level operations and serves as the first point of escalation for client or senior leadership questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee associates and daily operations to ensure work completion and deadline adherence for Portfolio Administration services.
  2. Provide leadership to maximize technology use and process improvements.
  3. Offer direction, coaching, and career development to staff.
  4. Support team integration, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  5. Develop and maintain training programs and ongoing education for associates.
  6. Build strong relationships with team members, leadership, and clients.
  7. Ensure account needs are met according to client service agreements.
  8. Complete monthly billing for Portfolio Administration services.
  9. Deliver superior client service to internal and external clients.
  10. Recommend policies and procedures for continual efficiency improvements.
  11. Identify and develop business expansion opportunities with existing clients.
  12. Update process playbooks regularly.
  13. Provide timely and accurate reports to leadership and clients.
  14. Manage or oversee monthly rent and critical reporting.
  15. Collaborate with onboarding teams for new account integration.
  16. Provide feedback to leadership on issues and challenges.
  17. Execute special projects as assigned.
  18. Collaborate with other divisions and client entities as needed.
  19. Support department and company initiatives, ensuring standards are met.
  20. Demonstrate initiative and urgency in daily tasks.
  21. Stay current on industry standards and trends.
