A financial institution is seeking a Senior Manager of Knowledge Management to shape and implement their strategy. PAY RANGE
The target pay range for this position is $147,100.00-$179,700.00 annually. The full pay range is $114,400.00-$212,400.00 annually. Compensation decisions consider relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. If an offer is made, individual qualifications are considered. In addition to salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentives are performance-based and targets vary by role.

As the Senior Manager of Knowledge Management, you will help shape and implement BECU’s Knowledge Management strategy. Your expertise will ensure the Knowledge Management department runs smoothly, supporting organization-wide initiatives and driving improvement across Credit Union products, services, and departments. Your contributions will align with BECU’s goals.
Residency and Work Location: To join our dynamic team in this role, candidates should reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC, or GA. If located in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), you are encouraged to come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For those living outside commuting distance but within approved remote locations, this role is primarily remote. Whether remote or onsite, you’ll be engaged and included in a collaborative environment.
