Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago seeks a field-based leader to drive Yield Standards governance, monitor performance, and champion KHMS adoption across a manufacturing Pod. • Bachelor of Science degree required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience required, preferably in high-speed CPG manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in KHMS, Operational Excellence, or continuous improvement required.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, yield improvement, and performance routines.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and frontline teams and drive execution through influence.
• Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate standards into practical plant-level execution.

• Yield Standards Implementation & Governance: Lead implementation and governance of yield standards in North America, aligned to global metric definitions and reporting standards.

• Yield Performance Management: Monitoryield performance, support performance routines, and drive follow-through ongaps and loss opportunities.

• KHMS Coaching & Adoption: Own KHMS adoption acrossone manufacturing Pod, coaching plant managers and plant staff on routines, behaviors, and execution disciplineto improve KPI performance.

• Capability Building & Problem Solving: Support problem solving, capability building, andsharing ofbest practices acrosstheir Pod.

• Digital Tool Adoption: Partner with digital and cross-functional teams to strengthen tool adoption and performance visibility.

Expected Experience& Required Skills

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, this role requiresnormal working hoursand travel up to50%.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
