We seek a results-driven and strategic Integrated Marketing Leader to drive the development and execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and commercial growth. This role will oversee the alignment of messaging, content, campaigns, and channels to ensure a consistent and impactful experience across the customer journey.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B marketing, is a natural collaborator, and excels at turning strategy into action across product, channel, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy aligned with business unit goals, product roadmaps, channel strategy, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for multi-channel campaigns across brand, product, channel, and demand generation.
  • Translate market insights and customer needs into unified campaign messaging and engagement strategies

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, channel partner, and sales enablement channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with key growth areas, including priority products, customer segments, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, channel, digital, communications, and regional teams to execute end-to-end programs

Channel Marketing Leadershi

  • Tailor campaign materials and assets for use by partners and support local execution of global initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and channel management to align marketing with channel strategies, promotions, and sales enablement needs.
  • Track partner engagement and contribution to pipeline, ensuring measurable impact of channel marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage co-marketing programs with distributors and channel partners to increase market reach and joint value delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, channel, product management, and regional teams to ensure message consistency and marketing alignment.
  • Drive visibility, engagement, and measurable outcomes by tightly integrating marketing with commercial and customer experience strategies.
  • Partner with digital and automation teams to deliver targeted, personalized campaigns at scale.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B or channel marketing, with proven success in integrated campaign leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into compelling marketing programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business, commercial, and technical acumen.
  • Ability to develop, articulate, and implement sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity while still managing vision and purpose.
  • Collaborative, ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners within a global and diverse organization.
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $146,800 - 183,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
