DaVita is seeking a Growth Senior Manager for the Hospital Services Group in Denver. You will translate market insights into compelling value propositions, craft customer-facing materials, and coordinate cross-functional resources to win new business and expand partnerships.

You will lead marketing strategy, content development, and executive communications while collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal and Analytics to deliver high-quality outputs on strict timelines.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in strategy, marketing and project management (healthcare preferred).
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred, but not required (business, natural sciences, or healthcare related field preferred).
  • Experience in people management or team lead experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of management, executives and vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for a matrixed organization and strong project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes Hospital Services B2B marketing strategy aligned with brand standards and priorities.
  • Owns value proposition and content roadmap; creates compelling sales materials and digital content.
  • Builds and activates relationships with hospital stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnerships.
  • Partners with directors on deal strategy, proposals, RFPs, and executive meetings; translates inputs into customer stories.
  • Leads cross-functional work across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Clinical and Analytics.
  • Manages external marketing agencies and vendors; ensures alignment with brand and budgets.
  • Gathers insights from hospital leaders, field teams, win/loss reviews, and competition to refine messaging.
  • Defines measures of marketing and deal success; uses Salesforce and other data sources for insights; communicates progress to leadership.
  • Prepares executive-ready recommendations and updates; communicates risks and decisions clearly.
  • No direct reports currently; potential to lead 2+ direct reports in future.

Role Overview

The Hospital Services Group (HSG) Growth Senior Manager is a strategic role responsible for advancing HSG growth through differentiated marketing, stronger health system relationships, and high-quality deal support. This role translates market and customer insights into compelling value propositions, equips growth and operations leaders with customer-facing materials, and coordinates cross-functional resources to support new business and expansion opportunities. The Senior Manager collaborates and influences stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other enterprise partners.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develops and executes the Hospital Services B2B marketing strategy in alignment with enterprise brand standards and growth priorities; converts market, competitive, customer, and performance intel/insights into targeted campaigns and customer-facing messaging
  • Value Proposition & Content: Owns the Hospital Services value proposition and content roadmap; develops and maintains high-quality presentations, proposals, case studies, thought leadership, digital content, and sales enablement materials that position DaVita Hospital Services as an indispensable partner for inpatient dialysis and apheresis services
  • Health System Relationships: Builds and activates relationships with hospital and health system stakeholders, industry associations, and external partners to increase awareness, understand customer priorities, strengthen executive engagement, and identify opportunities for new or expanded partnerships
  • Deal Support: Partners with Business Development Directors and Operations leaders across the hospital lifecycle, including account strategy, discovery, executive meetings, proposals, RFP responses, and other deal materials; synthesizes complex operational, clinical, and financial inputs into a clear and compelling customer story
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Leads work through influence across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Clinical, Analytics, and other enterprise teams; establishes clear workplans, roles, timelines, and decision points to deliver high-quality outputs on time
  • Agency & External Partner Management: Manages day-to-day relationships with external B2B marketing agencies, vendors, and industry organizations (e.g., American Hospital Association, Beckers, etc); defines scope, reviews deliverables, and ensures work meets business objectives, brand requirements, and approved budgets
  • Market & Customer Insights: Gathers and synthesizes feedback from hospital leaders, field teams, win/loss reviews, industry activity, and competitive intelligence to refine messaging, inform growth priorities, and identify unmet customer needs
  • Performance & Analytics: Defines practical measures of marketing and deal-support effectiveness; uses Salesforce, Definitive and other available data sources to assess results, identify insights, and communicate progress and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Executive Communication: Prepares concise, executive-ready recommendations, presentations, and updates; communicates risks, tradeoffs, decisions, and next steps with clarity
  • People Management: No direct people management is currently assigned, though the role will involve leading project teams and cross-functional workstreams; scope will likely increase to lead 2+ direct reports

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00-$155,000.00 per year.
