Taco Bell is seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations for its new beverage concept, Live Mas Café. This role requires strategic ownership, market expansion, and exceptional leadership.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, generous benefits including parental leave, and a competitive salary range of $158,000 to $175,000 annually.
The Sr. Manager, Growth Strategy & Operations for beverages is responsible for leading strategic planning, commercial scaling and implementation of Taco Bell’s new break-through beverage concept Live Mas Cafe. This role is a blend of strategic ownership and market expansion, with high visibility to executive leadership and high accountability. Success in the position will be demonstrated through exceptional leadership skills, a strong marketing acumen and proven operational experience with an understanding of how to scale new concepts successfully.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial with a builder mindset; he/she must be comfortable with ambiguity, bring a distinct POV, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person can inspire enterprise teams, drive ideas to action, all while continually measuring and optimizing efforts to accelerate growth and business impact.
$158,000 to $175,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
