About the Role: Responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of feedstock supply operations to meet bio feedstock production. This includes managing demand and seed production plans, building grower networks, partnering with crush companies, and developing crop expansion strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand & Production Planning: Develop demand forecasts and seed production plans supporting crop-to-crush supply chains.
2. Grower Engagement & Economics: Maintain grower economics, crop models, incentive pricing, and contracts for sustainable farmer participation.
3. Territory & Acreage Scaling: Expand regionally through planning, grower onboarding, and marketing strategies.
4. Infrastructure & Partnerships: Secure processing capacity via agreements with crushers, aggregators, and storage providers.
5. Supply Chain Operations: Track inventory, adhere to schedules, and coordinate logistics from farm to end-user.
6. Compliance & Contract Execution: Manage risks, ensure compliance, and execute commercial agreements for traceable products.
7. Strategic Value Creation: Develop business cases per crop and region, balancing incentives, infrastructure, and demand.

What You Will Deliver:

• Manage demand and seed production plans.
• Build grower economics and crop-region prioritization.
• Develop regional expansion strategies with partners.
• Negotiate agreements to ensure capacity and value.
• Implement real-time inventory and process tracking.
• Coordinate grain aggregation, storage, and logistics.
• Ensure contract execution, risk management, and compliance.

Role Requirements:

• 15+ years in ag or renewable fuel supply chains, including production, aggregation, and operations.
• Experience in scaling supply chains and grain operations.
• Knowledge of LCFS, RenovaBio, RED III is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and optimize feedstock flows.
• Experience with technology adoption for traceability and standards.
• Strong operational and contractual negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary $150,000-$300,000, with full US benefits, paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, bonuses, retirement plans, and health insurance. Up to 50% travel expected. Fully remote position. Relocation negotiable.
