A leading food manufacturer in Minnesota is seeking a Sr Manager in FSQ Regulatory Compliance. This role involves leading compliance efforts across manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and acting as a regulatory expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food safety regulations, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of compliance in food manufacturing. Competitive salary between $104,625 and $174,375 with additional benefits is offered.

Are you a seasoned food safety and quality compliance leader passionate about driving regulatory excellence across the supply chain? As our Sr Manager, FSQ Regulatory Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and co-packers consistently meet and exceed USDA, FDA, FSMA, SFCR, and other global food safety standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, serve as a key regulatory expert, and manage complex compliance programs including product safety, labeling, import/export, and crisis management. The base salary range for this position is $104,625 - $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
