Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy.

In this remote role, you will partner with finance and business leaders to lead planning processes, deliver meaningful insights, and drive improvements that support growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
• Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
