Federal Express Corporation in Batesville, MS seeks a capable supervisor/manager to lead teams, oversee employee performance, and coordinate operations. Strong communication, training, and operational leadership will be essential.

Required: 3 years of direct management experience; a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Some travel may be involved as part of field operations.

• Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.


• Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to FXG field operations, linehaul, and contractor relations.
