Solventum is seeking a Sr. Manager of External Manufacturing Operations to own external manufacturing performance for Brookings, SD.

This hybrid role requires managing CMOs, ensuring material availability, and enforcing quality, delivery, and cost expectations across the supplier network. You will drive containment, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and preventive actions while leading cross-functional teams to optimize risk and continuity across global suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years in manufacturing, operations, external manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or procurement.
• Experience managing CMOs, contract manufacturers, or strategic suppliers in regulated environments.
• Experience with medical device quality systems, GMP, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance.
