Sr. Manager, Ethics and Compliance Officer (remote)

This position involves managing Collins' global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program, promoting ethics, compliance, and a speak-up culture, and supporting the RTX Code of Conduct and values. The role includes overseeing risk assessments, ethics reviews, training, communication, and operations related to ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with business leadership to promote ethical conduct.
  • Managing GEC programs and operations across the global footprint.
  • Developing training content on ethics & compliance topics.
  • Guiding a global network of Local Ethics & Compliance Officers.
  • Conducting internal ethics & compliance reviews.
  • Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding ethics & compliance.
  • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
  • Typically a University Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
  • Minimum of 5 years in ethics and/or compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of key ethics and compliance risks, including Anti-Corruption, Privacy, and Investigations.
  • Experience in aerospace and defense ethics, USG contracting, and regulatory environment.
