You have 5+ years of experience in technical resilience, business resilience, enterprise security, or a related discipline within a global, matrixed technology organization. You bring hands-on experience with resilience engineering practices including disaster recovery (DR) testing, observability, safe change, and availability management, ideally across complex, multi-domain technology estates. You're fluent in applying generative AI and large language models (LLMs), or automation tools, to optimize engineering or operational workflows. Familiarity with Agentforce Platform and other AI products is a strong plus. You've operated within structured governance frameworks such as Enterprise Resilience Boards (ERBs) or Technical Resilience Groups (TRGs), and you're comfortable translating technical findings into executive-ready reporting. Your written communication is excellent and you can synthesize complex technical findings into crisp, accurate briefs for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
