Allstate Insurance is seeking an Acquisition Senior Manager to lead enterprise customer acquisition strategy and transformation across channels, segments, and partners, building an integrated, scalable system.
You will work with marketing, product, distribution, finance, and technology to identify growth opportunities, guide governance, and drive long-term business value through innovative acquisition capabilities.

The Acquisition Senior Manager leads enterprise customer acquisition strategy and transformation by connecting acquisition activities across channels, customer segments, distribution partners, and business functions into a more integrated, effective, and scalable system. This role develops acquisition strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and future-state approaches that drive sustainable growth while balancing profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Working across marketing, product, distribution, finance, and technology, the Acquisition Senior Manager identifies new growth opportunities, aligns enterprise priorities, and guides the adoption of innovative acquisition capabilities. Through strong acquisition expertise, systems thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional influence, this role helps shape the future of customer acquisition by creating scalable solutions, improving enterprise performance, and enabling long-term business value.
Base compensation offered for this role is $160,200 -$214,200 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
