Set and enforce secure engineering standards, ensuring consistent application of security practices across all phases of delivery to protect the firm, its clients, and its data.* Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and expertise to multiple teams in broad technical areas on complex organization-wide projects. Responsible for overseeing the technical implementation of cross-divisional or company architectural components.* Strategic Alignment and Influence: Define and apply standards and procedures for new technologies and support their integration into the enterprise technology portfolio. Influence how platforms and systems enable business outcomes through sound technical decisions.* Talent Management: Accountable for the full talent lifecycle: hiring, coaching, and managing performance of senior level software development team members.
