Job Summary

• Manage all technical aspects of multiyear ordnance production programs


• Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary engineering team, including project engineers, test engineers, and other technical staff, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project goals


• Demonstrated experience in supervising diverse engineering teams, focusing on performance management, professional development, and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives


• Work collaboratively in an IPT with other functions and customer representatives


• Serve as primary technical interface for customers and suppliers, working closely with technical counterparts


• Support risk management activities


• Strong understanding of ordnance production and testing


• Understanding of test systems (digital data acquisition test systems)


• Proficient in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing in accordance with ASME Y14.5


• Broad experience in manufacturing technology for aerospace and defense products


• Strong technical writing and analytical skills, including statistical analysis

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time


• Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel likely.
