The Senior Manager, Partnerships Enablement is responsible for developing and operationalizing the frameworks, tools, and processes that enable best-in-class execution across Mattel's brand partnerships and strategic alliances portfolio. This position sits within the Brand Partnerships team and works in close partnership with Global Brand and Consumer Products & Experiences to ensure that collaborations are strategically aligned, brand-right, and executed with excellence. The role serves as a key connector across functions-translating brand and franchise priorities into actionable guidance for partners and internal stakeholders. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive consistency, quality, and speed across a diverse portfolio of collaborations.
