As Senior Education & Training Manager, North America, you are accountable for shaping and delivering a best‑in‑class education strategy that elevates product knowledge, selling excellence, and brand experience across all retail and field teams. You will design and execute scalable education programs that inspire, engage, and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. You serve as a strategic partner to Retail Leadership, Marketing, and cross‑functional stakeholders, translating brand vision, innovation, and ingredient science into impactful learning experiences. This role requires strong leadership presence, creative execution, and the ability to connect education excellence with measurable business results.
