Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Senior DC Operations Manager in San Bernardino to lead a team of operations and facilities managers, ensuring targets are met while balancing workloads across warehouse departments. You will partner with the DC Director to prepare for multiple business cycles and may lead the facility when the Director is off-site.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, budget oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on safety and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive senior leadership in a warehouse.
• Experience maintaining budgets, reviewing P&L, and capex oversight.

Balancing workloads between all warehouse departments is necessary in maximizing workflow, to meet customer commitments and deadlines, establishing building goals are important.In partnership with the building Director and peers, preparation for the multiple business cycles throughout the year is a primary responsibility.
