Includes a base salary of $107,100.00 - $160,700.00. The salary may vary based on location and experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual incentive/commission of $75,000.00.

This role reports to the Director of Sales and involves leading recruitment and sales efforts for RapidScale services targeting Cox Business (CB) customers and off-net clients. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Cloud Solution Consultants (CSC) to maximize revenue and foster growth from CB customers nationwide. The role also involves developing strategies to promote collaboration between CB sellers and the CSC team, with sales quotas and full responsibility for meeting quarterly and annual targets.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Targets:
  • Achieve or surpass sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Lead the CSC team to meet sales goals.
  • Forecast sales accurately to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to management.
Team Development & Coaching:
  • Onboard and guide new CSCs toward targets.
  • Train and mentor team members for high performance.
  • Develop coaching programs to improve skills.
  • Recruit and manage sales talent.
  • Create a collaborative environment for learning.
Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work with Cox Business Sales to exceed regional goals.
  • Partner with marketing to develop sales strategies.
  • Engage sales partners to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Innovate and build partnerships for growth.
  • Provide feedback on products and processes for improvement.
Customer & Partner Engagement:
  • Support Cox Business sales, partners, prospects, and customers.
  • Travel up to 50% to build relationships and nurture existing ones.
  • Share best practices across regions.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experience in managed IT services, or a related combination such as a master’s degree with 6 years’ experience, or 12 years’ experience in the field.
  • 3+ years’ management or leadership experience.
  • Proven top-performing sales record.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT, Cloud, Managed Hosting, IaaS, DaaS, and DRaaS.
  • Experience with “sell-with” strategies and matrix management.
