Job summary

Veradigm is seeking an accomplished engineering leader in Raleigh to architect and drive development of secure, scalable, consumer-facing applications. You will oversee hands-on development, guide architecture decisions, and shape product features from discovery through release in an agile environment.

You will mentor engineers, recruit talent, and establish KPIs to elevate performance while balancing cost, quality, and speed to deliver value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• 7+ years designing and building scalable web applications.
• Expertise with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Angular).
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, and SOA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of secure, robust, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery to release in an Agile setting.
• Recruit, train, promote and coach direct reports and drive performance.
• Set team goals and KPIs; drive performance through feedback and development plans.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead development resources, and participate in the efforts to solve complex technical problems to deliver vital, reliable product features to our customers. You will be hands-on, planning, developing, testing, deploying and releasing solutions in an agile environment.
