We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Data & Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing key performance metrics, overseeing data projects, and partnering with business leaders to uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and automation of business performance reporting and analytics
2. Translate data into insights that inform strategy and operations
3. Mentor a team of analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and data priorities
5. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years in analytics or data roles at a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
2. Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing analytics teams
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

Salary:

$100,000.00 - $185,500.00

Salaries for part-time roles are pro-rated. The listed salary for commission roles is the expected target for the first year.
