About Our Team

Our Cross-markets team works with personal lines insurance carriers to provide tools and solutions to better understand the market and manage risk, supporting both Personal and Commercial Lines markets with a comprehensive view of risk and deep understanding of the P&C market.

About The Role

The Sr. Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, focusing on revenue growth through expanding solutions within existing clients and onboarding new prospects.

Responsibilities

  1. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Create an environment for excellent customer service, managing objections, expectations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  3. Develop growth strategies to evaluate current relationships and identify new opportunities.
  4. Maintain strong relationships at all levels with customers.
  5. Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure excellent service.
  6. Demonstrate understanding of insurance products and articulate their value effectively.
  7. Manage the sales pipeline, lead pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to sell complex insurance products to new prospects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent sales experience.
  • 7+ years of successful solutions-oriented sales experience, with personal or commercial insurance background.
  • 5+ years of management experience, managing outside sales teams.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing performance.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and presentation skills.
