What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead financial modeling efforts in collaboration with business and finance teams
  • Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
  • Manage interactions with internal teams, external advisors, and sellers/targets during the transaction process
  • Develop and maintain a potential acquisition target list aligned with strategic growth priorities
  • Assist in drafting Investment Memos for executive and Board review
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate development
  • M&A due diligence and deal execution experience
  • Strong financial and valuation modeling skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements
