What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead financial modeling efforts in collaboration with business and finance teams
- Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and deal execution
- Manage interactions with internal teams, external advisors, and sellers/targets during the transaction process
- Develop and maintain a potential acquisition target list aligned with strategic growth priorities
- Assist in drafting Investment Memos for executive and Board review
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or finance
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate development
- M&A due diligence and deal execution experience
- Strong financial and valuation modeling skills, with a solid understanding of financial statements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of building rapport across the organization
