Ferrara Candy Co. is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting to lead the monthly close for multiple business units, ensuring accurate results and strong governance. Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting is directly responsible for supervising the monthly close process and ensuring timely and accurate financial results for the Company's business units. Responsibilities span Fixed Assets, Leases, Intercompany/Related Party, Royalties and Broker Commissions. The role is part of the Corporate Accounting & Consolidations Group and works collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive accurate financial results, serving as a key player within the Finance organization.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
7–10 years of relevant accounting experience
CPA preferred
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge required; IFRS experience highly preferred; heavy exposure to financial reporting, SAP experience is a plus
Public company experience preferred, CPG industry experience is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $114,450 - $160,230 annually + 20% bonus potential.
