The Sr. Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, especially the ONC Cures Act. The role involves leading compliance initiatives, developing policies, and supporting enterprise-wide regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with the ONC 21st Century Cures Act, including monitoring and auditing information blocking provisions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet ONC requirements.
• Leading investigations and corrective actions related to Cures violations.
• Managing technology compliance risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Implementing policies, monitoring compliance, and ensuring regulatory reporting.
• Leading or participating in compliance audits and investigations.
• Developing and delivering compliance training programs.
• Monitoring adherence to policies and documenting compliance efforts.
• Preparing audit plans and managing risks.

Critical skills:

• 5+ years in healthcare compliance or IT.
• Knowledge of ISO and NIST standards.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Education and certifications:

• Relevant compliance certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, Healthcare Compliance, Privacy certifications).

Travel: Up to 10%
