Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a results-focused project leader responsible for end-to-end commercialization from concept to market launch and post-launch review, coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Operations and Procurement.

You will drive the stage-gate process, monitor risks, track metrics, and implement improvements to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining quality and operational rigor.

• Accountable for KHC’s end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review
• Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.
• Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies
• Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
• Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing
• Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
