Job summary

Pulse Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a senior Clinical Site Development lead to drive site strategy across assigned sites, evaluate investigator experience, patient volume, and research infrastructure to enable efficient trial execution.

You will support site activation, enrollment pathways, and removal of operational barriers, coordinate with cross-functional teams and CROs, ensure compliance with GCP, IDEs and Company SOPs, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical research, site management, or related field.
• Experience with medical device trials, cardiac procedures, or interventional cardiology preferred.
