As Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Distribution Operations, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of one of our high-volume, automated pharmaceutical distribution centers within the Central Fill Pharmacy network. This is a customer co-located role — you’ll be based on-site with our customer as the face of McKesson, owning the day-to-day relationship and serving as their trusted operational partner. You’ll direct supervisors, leads, and individual contributors to deliver excellence in safety, quality, service, and cost, applying operational policies to establish and achieve department goals. You’ll also partner directly with the customer to set strategy and align our operations to achieve their goals — helping shape a culture of continuous improvement, team engagement, and patient-first thinking while running daily operations, streamlining workflows, and collaborating across cross‑functional teams to help us deliver on our mission.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
