Schwab Wealth Advisor (SWA), the firm's premier wealth management offering, is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Capacity and Business Strategy expert to help scale and optimize our high-growth advisory business. This role will focus on capacity planning, real estate support, and data driven business insightsto ensure our advisory teams are positioned for long-term success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Interpret and evaluate complex information
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on core strategic issues and ongoing resource planning
  • Plan and execute work streams independently for discrete projects
  • Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
  • Ensure quality control of data/research and preparing presentation materials for senior management
  • Develop strategic insights that will drive sustained growth in our business
What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Capacity Management, Finance, or Business Operations
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced excel and data analysis/visualization capabilities (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Experience synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, narrative building, and PowerPoint experience
  • Strong and demonstrated teaming skills, especially in cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing resource and capacity planning models in a rapidly growing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Superior attention to detail and ability to ensure error free analysis and output
  • Self-starter, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • MBA or masters in related field
  • Experience in financial services or advisory business
  • Experience developing real estate or location strategies in a corporate setting

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
