Sr. Manager, Business Process Owner, Revenue Management(Remote) page is loaded## Sr. Manager, Business Process Owner, Revenue Management(Remote)locations: Michigan, Portage 1941 Stryker Waytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R551132Work Flexibility: Remote**What You Will Do*** Lead the design and deployment of global revenue management processes, including contracts, pricing activation, incentive rebates, GPO admin fees, and chargeback management* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes aligned with global application roadmaps and standardized functionality* Partner with business process owners, deployment leads, and IT solution owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design* Drive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies, supporting workshops, training, testing, and change management activities* Influence global application selection and design by providing strategic input based on business needs and process expertise* Support deployment readiness activities including data conversion, testing execution, and hyper-care support* Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment with program goals* Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within the revenue management process area, contributing to overall program success**What You Will Need****Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent* Minimum 10 years of industry experience across geographies and process areas* Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management sub-processes* Experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications* Experience in Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order to Cash processes**Preferred Qualifications*** Prior leadership experience at Manager level or above* Experience with ERP or large-scale business system transformation programs, preferably SAP S4 HANA* Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance$129,600 - $286,500salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
