Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Business Operations will lead a team focused on delivering performance metrics, insights, and reporting to influence business decisions. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, this role ensures data quality, aligns reporting methodologies, and champions process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves identifying revenue trends, enhancing sales performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic goals. The candidate should be a strong problem-solver, leveraging quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with various teams to connect strategic initiatives with metrics and insights.
Experience: 7+ years in media or related fields, with leadership experience and relationship-building skills.
Skills: Understanding of media math and advertising, excellent communication, analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel, ability to leverage AI, and adaptability in complex organizations.
Education: Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
The salary range in NY is $157,600 - $192,600; in CA is $150,500 - $183,900. Compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits, depending on various factors.
