Position Overview:

As a Sr. Mgr Branding Strategy & Engagement, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies that enhance driver engagement, loyalty, and trust. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement effective branding strategies, communication initiatives, and performance measurement plans that align and protect the company's brand perception and value.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Driver Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies tailored specifically for driver communications.
  • Brand Strategy Optimization: Utilize data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of branding strategies. Continuously optimize content and campaigns to improve driver tenure/retention and brand perception.
  • Brand Consistency and Alignment: Ensure all branding strategies and communications align with the brand and values. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all driver touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the gig-driver community and their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with drivers.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using insights to optimize communications and improve driver outcomes.

The base compensation range for this position is $31-$36 an hour, commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
